SHIPPING INFORMATION

For small items, (those excluding rosin presses) all shipping is calculated using Royal Mail 2017 Shipping Rates.

Free Delivery all order over €100, please select Free Shipping at the Checkout, Royal Mail First Class or Second Class will be used to dispatch orders under 10kg, Parcel Force 24 and DHL express will be used for heavy orders of 10kg+.

If you do not wish to use the free shipping and have a specific delivery requirement, you will still have all the regular available delivery options to choose from.

Outside the UK, only specific countries and postal codes are eligible for next day delivery (if unsure please ask, a full list of postcodes and areas will be available soon). We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed before 11:00am local time will be dispatched same day and usually delivered the next day using the 1st class and priority services. Orders placed after 11:00pm local time will be dispatched the following business day (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays).

CHANGE REQUESTS

If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request it by contacting us and we will be happy to assist you. If the new address is out of the postal code service area, we will offer you alternative shipping options.

If you would like to change your delivery time, please request it by contacting us and we will be happy to assist you.

If you are unavailable to receive your order at the arranged time and location, please check your tracking number or contact your local delivery office as you package will have more than likely returned to them for a rescheduled delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful again, the order will be returned to us and you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
